So, you all know my love for Charcoal Peel off masks. This time I got my hands on WOW Skin Science Activated Charcoal Peel Off mask which is completely a vegan mask and it has no parabens and mineral oil also, which I think is great. I was amazed to see its result in just first use so I thought of sharing my experiences with this peel-off mask in this blog post. PACKAGING

WOW Activated Charcoal Deep Cleansing Peel-off mask comes in a black and purple coloured Cardboard see-through packaging. All the details including the direction of use, and cautions mentioned all over the cardboard. The actual peel-off mask comes in a plastic tube which is also in black colour with the purple coloured lid itself. Information is mentioned on the tube-like cardboard. 

The packaging is quite good but I can not say it is travel-friendly because the size is too big for a handbag purpose. This comes with a spatula also, for the application of the peel-off mask, you can use that but I will suggest you apply with your fingers because with that you can easily and very quickly apply the face mask on your face.

WHAT I EXPERIENCED

First of all, I love the ingredients it has in the mask. This brand is completely cruelty-free, 100% vegan and dermatologically tested. It is paraben and mineral oil-free. I love how it works on my face. Whenever I apply this peel-off mask on my face. My face feels more clean and glowing and yes it does remove the blackheads and whiteheads in just one use. But the most surprising thing was that it was not painful at all when I was peeling off this mask. It deep cleanses my skin very well and leaves my skin very soft and supple.

SKIN SUITABILITY

This WOW charcoal peel-off mask is suitable for all skin types, especially for oily skin types because it removes excess oil from the face also. But if you have sensitive skin, then I will suggest you, do a patch test first.

HOW TO USE

1) Cleanse your face. Apply an even layer of the face mask all over the face except around eyes and on lips.

2) Leave on to dry for 15 to 30 minutes or as required. Once the mask if fully dry and tight, start peeling from the bottom upwards till the entire mask is removed.

3) Use this once a week to keep skin fresh and clean.

SUGGESTIONS

- Steaming your face carefully with a face steamer or hot damp towel before applying the face mask will help open pores and deliver better results.

- If the mask has been applied close to the hairline, or the eyebrows, or if it is too painful to remove, warm water will loosen and remove it.

- The pulling caused by removing the mask might cause redness. This is normal. It will subside.
